Applications are invited for inclusion on a Panel of Part-Time School Placement Tutors for the B.Ed. Sports Studies and Physical Education Programme in the following subjects:
Physical Education, History, Maths
[Please note that the requirement for Tutors in different subjects varies from year to year and is not known until student subject details and school placements are finalised]
Applicants will be expected to hold a teaching qualification, recognised by the Teaching Council, in the relevant curriculum subject and to have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the subject area with expert curriculum and pedagogical knowledge.
Full, clean driving licence required and garda vetting is required.
The post holder will be expected to tutor/supervise student teachers during School Placements.
