Fuller description. In this temporary public artwork at Cork City Hall, 857 flashing lights representing indidividual LGBTQI+ persons illuminate the Riverside frontage of the building. Performers Moss Russell, Jude O’Neill and Abra Kedavre appear intermittently, posing on the plinth-like monument celebrating the 800 the anniversary of the chartering of Cork City, gently embodying the ongoing presence of the Queer community in our city.
