The Housing Studies Project undertakes research and publications on a range of areas related to housing policy.  The Project has undertaken commissioned research for local authorities into housing management and tenant participation, homelessness, rural housing, assessment of housing needs.  The Project has recently produced reports on social housing need and homelessness services evaluation for Cork City Council and is presently undertaking an assessment of housing needs in the Cork area for Cork Social Housing Forum.  Members of the project have contributed to books, journals and periodicals on housing policy.
