Marit is the lead author of the "Skivenes Report", which is a Norwegian Expert report on rule of law and child protection recently presented for the Norwegian government. The Committee was appointed in March 2021 to assess how to improve the rule of law for children and families. The committee handed over its report, NOU 2023: 7 Safe childhood, secured future, to the Minister of Children and Families on Monday 20th of March 2023. A total of 118 suggestions for improvements are presented. The summary of the report can be read here: https://barnevernsutvalget.no/english/
