Eli Lilly Postgraduate Research Symposium

6th Annual Eli Lilly Postgraduate Research Symposium in Organic & Pharmaceutical Chemistry took place on Thursday 18th September 2008. The event was once again a great success

7 Postgraduate students currently undertaking research for Ph.D. degrees in Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry presented their research work at the symposium. Prize winners, judged by the Eli Lilly participants, were Larry Pierce (1st), Sinead Milner (2nd) and Andrea Ryan (3rd). Other speakers included were runners up: Kevin Guiry, Christopher Flynn, Denis Beecher, and Donncha Carr.
