Private Thomas Charles Watling of the Essex Regiment (Kilbree near Clonakilty)
Date of incident: soon after 3 Dec. 1920 (executed as intelligence operative and disappeared by IRA)

Note: A self-declared deserter from the Essex Regiment in Bandon, Private Watling was executed as an intelligence operative at Kilbree near Clonakilty (along with Private Taylor) by the West Cork Brigade after the killing of three Bandon Volunteers by British forces.
