	Panopto for the recording of camera, screen capture and document camera
	Microsoft Teams for streaming of lecture content
	While we are unable to support the use of Zoom it is compatible with all campus rooms

If planning an event, please log it on the UCC Services Portal

Switch on the computer at the lectern.
Log in to software of choice, Teams, Panopto. Zoom etc.
Switch on the data projector by pressing the Display On button on the Extron system controller on the podium.
Ensure the volume is turned up on the Extron controller.
- PC Image
  - Turn on Extron controller, PC, and monitor.
  - Push PC button on Extron controller.
- Laptop Image
  - Use HDMI or USB C cable to connect to laptop – cable will be on the desk.
  - Mac laptops may require you to bring an adapter.
There are two wall-mounted cameras in the room, one facing the front, and the other one facing the rear. You can use either one with the software of your choice, Teams, Panopto, Zoom etc.

- There is a remote control in the room that you can use to power on and position both cameras.
- In Teams (or Zoom etc), go to Device Settings -> Video Settings and select one of the “USB Capture SDI+” cameras in the list. They both have the same name, so you may need to try both to see which one is the one you need.
