How can UCC staff get involved?

INTERNSHIP PATHWAY: If your department would like to offer micro-internships (min. 20 hours ), please contact careers@ucc.ie. 

RESEARCH PATHWAY: If you have a short unaccredited research project (min 20 hours student commitment) that a student could work on,  please contact careers@ucc.ie. 

Example: In 2021 we piloted this pathway and a student completed a research project on the following topic: The impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic on graduate recruitment activity. The student completed 25+ hours of research and as he was a Computer Science student, he submitted the results on a webpage he built from scratch. As a result, he was able to utilise his broader skillset.
