Feedback and Complaints
Feedback
We are continually evaluating and developing our careers and employability services we provide and we need your comments to help us do this. We welcome any ideas, comments or suggestions about our services and website from students, employers, staff and anyone who has used our services.
You can give us feedback in a variety of ways:
- speaking to any member of staff in the Careers Service (this can be confidential if you wish)
- sending us an email to careers@ucc.ie
- completing the online feedback forms which are sent automatically to each student after your advisory consultation
Complaints
UCC operates a Complaints Procedure.
This Student Complaints Policy and Procedure (this “Policy”) reflects University College Cork’s (the “University’s”) commitment to providing an excellent, fair and equitable learning environment and student experience for its students.
This Policy is an important part of the University’s Quality Assurance mechanisms, providing a forum for student complaints to be resolved in accordance with principles of natural justice, fairness and equality. This Policy is intended to assist both students and staff in the resolution of complaints promptly and fairly.
