Linda provides a comprehensive professional support service in the administrative and operational management of the President’s Office. She manages the organisation and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency in supporting the President’s strategic objectives, while also liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of the President.

Sandra manages a range of projects, strategic initiatives and events, supports the President’s communications, and ensures effective and timely engagement both across campus and externally. She supports the President’s participation in events, is responsible for speech writing, and preparation of the President’s reports and presentations on the university's achievements and strategic direction. She oversees the Office’s web presence, organises the President's Town Hall meetings, supports the operation of the President’s Advisory Board, and ensures compliance with health and safety protocols.
Nina's duties include providing administrative support to the President’s Office ensuring the office’s smooth operation on a day-to-day basis, and maintaining an information flow among staff, students, government agencies and external agencies, and various other administrative tasks.
Jennifer plays a lead role to develop strategy, establish metrics, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure results are delivered. She assists the President in planning and executing a wide range of complex and sensitive executive and administrative duties related to strategy, policy, governance, process, fiscal, academic and administration. Jennifer serves as a key member of the President's executive management and university leadership teams, developing and implementing key initiatives and priorities on behalf of the President.
Alison is the secretariat to the University Leadership Team (ULT). She serves as liaison between the President and ULT. She is responsible for arranging the President’s travel, correspondence, expenses, FOI requests and various other administrative tasks.
Professor John O'Halloran was appointed President of UCC in September 2021.
Dr Jean van Sinderen-Law is Director of European Relations & Public Affairs. Working with the Vice President for Global Engagement, Jean is currently Director in UCC of UNIC, the European University of Cities in Post-Industrial Transition, one of the 50 European University Alliances and in her public affairs portfolio works to drive UCC’s strategic objectives.
