Zohaib Ijaz
Biography
Zohaib has a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.
Currently, he is doing his Ph.D. with a focus on networked control systems and wireless communication networks, utilizing machine learning algorithms for channel estimations.
During his Ph.D., he worked with various industrial partners like Collins Aerospace, Cork, and Johnson & Johnson, Cork.
He has had a good track record of publication during his studies.
He has won the Best Publication of the Year award for 2022 for the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, UCC.
He works under the supervision of Prof. Dirk Pesch and Prof. Ken Brown.
