Spring 2018

This spring, UCC Health Matters is supervising three placement students - two from the Master of Public Health Programme at UCC (Madison and Niamh) and one from IT Sligo (David). On work placement, the students are introduced to health promotion on campus here at UCC and work closely with the Health Promotion Project Workers, Tess and Kasturi. This semester, the placement students are hard at work creating content for social media, assisting with multiple research projects, attending relevant trainings/seminars, and visiting our partners in the community for increased exposure to public health work.
