Library Catalogue

The library of the Irish Centre for Galician Studies offers a wide selection of books, dictionaries and audiovisual material related to Galician culture. Therefore, it is an unquestionable point of reference for every person with an interest in Galician language, history, literature and culture. The collection is readily available to students, researchers, academics and writers working throughout Ireland. It is constantly enriched through the purchase of bibliographical and audiovisual material, and donations from bodies and institutions such as the Universities of Santiago de Compostela, Vigo, Complutense (Madrid), Consello da Cultura Galega, Consellería de Educación e Ordenación Universitaria of the Xunta de Galicia, and other Centres for Galician Studies based at universities in Spain and abroad. The fact that it is the only library specialised in Galician Studies in Ireland serves to further enhance its importance.
