The Fees Office Information Desk is currently located in the Global Lounge in The Hub.
We are open Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm until 18th September.
Our North Wing Office will remain closed during this time.

Registration 2026-2027: Paying your Fees
When completing Online Registration, select Payment of Fees.
Important: Only pay through Online Registration > Payment of Fees on MyStudentAdmin. Other fee screens may show charges that will later be covered by the Government's Free Fees Initiative.

Undergraduate Students
Paying Your Fees
- Log in to MyStudentAdmin.
- Go to Online Registration.
- Select Payment of Fees.
- Follow the payment instructions provided.

Previous Attendance
If prompted, select Yes or No for Previous Attendance, depending on your situation.
Important Information
If you see "Contact the Fees Office for financial reasons", there is an outstanding fee balance from a previous year. You must pay this balance before you can complete registration.
If you would like to pay in instalments, you can apply for a payment plan through the Fees Office. The first instalment must be paid immediately.
If you have a credit balance from a previous year, you can choose to use it towards the fees currently due.
Postgraduate Students
Paying your Fees
- Log in to MyStudentAdmin.
- Go to Online Registration.
- Select Payment of Fees.
- Follow the payment instructions provided.
Select the payment option that applies to you during registration.
The figures below are for illustration purposes.

Funded Students
- Select the appropriate funding type from the drop-down menu.
- Check your email for a request to provide proof of funding.
- Upload the required funding document online.
All proof of funding must be submitted electronically. For more detail see here.
All funded postgraduate students must choose one of the available capitation fee payment options during registration.
International Students
First-year international students must pay any outstanding fee balance at registration.
Continuing international students may have the option to pay fees in two instalments.
Quick Checklist
- Complete registration through MyStudentAdmin.
- Use Online Registration > Payment of Fees only.
- Clear any outstanding fee balances before registering.
- Set up a payment plan if needed.
- Upload proof of funding if your fees are sponsored.
- Ensure required fees are paid during registration.
