Community Coaching: Unlock Your Potential

Celebrating Community Week 2021, the UCC Executive Coaching Panel launch a unique offer to provide free professional coaching to 21 individuals from the community sector in Cork.
The coaching will provide a free confidential and impartial one-to-one process which enables self-learning and development.
Watchback the launch event which provides an introduction to coaching and information for those wanting to apply.
Coaching is a purposeful, outcome focused and powerful development approach. It can be useful to enhance skills and develop strategies to be more effective and to build resilience. It can also assist in the creation of a reflective space which fosters thinking and can be especially effective for those considering career development opportunities, transitioning into new roles or seekign to enhance their influence for positive working relationships.

Human Resources Coaching Panel: As one of the largetst emplyers in the region, the Department of Human Resources at UCC has considerable professional human resources expertise. As part of its staff welbeing and development supports, it maintains a panel of approved executive coaches. We are delighted to provide these sessions in support and recognition of the importance of community and civil society organisations and the deep relationships between the higher education and community sectors.
UCC Community Week: This event is part of UCC Community Week 2021. During Community Week, staff and students across the university come together with community and public sector partners to host community focussed events and activities. The week long programme of events celebrates UCC as a civically engaged university.
