Academic Integrity for Examinations and Assessments Policy

This policy sets out UCC’s definitions of academic integrity; signposts supports for staff and students; and, outlines the procedures for the investigation of alleged cases of academic misconduct or plagiarism for examinations and assessments.

Attendance

Placement

At UCC, a large number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses have a student placement element which involves the placement of a UCC registered student with a third party for a period of time during their course of study which forms part of the accreditation award to the Student.  Student placements give students the opportunity to gain practical work and/or an independent learning experience relevant to their course as part of a work/project based placement or educational placement. For more guidence on procedures, prepration and essential templates please go to the Student Placement section of Academic Affairs and Governcance webpages.

This Policy governs the organisation and management of UCC Students going on Student Placements.
