Welcome to Aoife O’Mahony who has joined the HIRH working on the CUSTOMISE project funded by the HRB Research Leader Award.
Aoife has a PhD from the University of Cardiff. Her areas of expertise include evidence synthesis, research integrity and open science.
On the CUSTOMISE project, Aoife will lead the scoping review to characterise the processes and outcomes of tailoring. She will also contribute to the ongoing national study developing tailored strategies to enhance the implementation of the Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating (DAFNE), a patient education programme for people with type 1 diabetes.
