Dr Susan Calnan presented findings from the APA Falls Project at the Association of University Departments of General Practice in Ireland (AUDGPI) Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP) Joint Scientific Meeting which was held virtually on the 12th and 13th of March.
Dr Calnan presented findings from two studies: 1) a qualitative study focused on the perceived acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility of implementing a falls risk assessment service in primary care and 2) a study to assess the scalability of the integrated falls prevention service for community-dwelling older people.
