Study Title

APC133 – Assess fermented foods effect on gut microbiota

Study Description

We are investigating how fermented foods can help to improve health conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, or irritable bowel syndrome by influencing the gut microbial communities.

 

Eligibility

>18 years.

Not have taken antibiotics within the past 6 months.

Self-report with Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes or Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Healthy individuals can also take part as a healthy control.
