Hyland and Prof Catherine Stanton from APC Microbiome Ireland, a world leading SFI Research Centre, University College Cork and Teagasc. The authors presented a copy of the book to Coral Black, University Librarian at University College Cork, where it can be accessed as a resource in the library for students and researchers.
