Five senior academics from University College Cork (UCC) were today elected to the Royal Irish Academy (RIA), the highest academic honour in Ireland.

A new vital and innovative resource has been launched for women affected by cancer, who are experiencing a treatment-induced menopause. 

Cork will host the prestigious European Maritime Day (EMD) from 21-23 May 2025, marking a significant event for the city and University College Cork (UCC).

A Master’s programme created via the University of Post-Industrial Cities in Transition (UNIC) alliance and jointly delivered by eight universities, including University College Cork (UCC) was recently announced as the ‘Best Master’s Programme – Science, Technology and Built Environment’ at the Education Awards 2025.
