Conferring of the Degree of Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, on David Donoghue

Deputy President & Registrar, Prof. John O'Halloran, delivered the introductory address on the occasion of the conferring of the Degree of Doctor of Law, honoris causa, on David Donoghue in the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. 

David Donoghue is one of Ireland's foremost public servants, diplomats, promotor of peace, justice and international development and was recognised for his lifetime of work as a public servant and diplomat dedicated to promoting peace on the Island of Ireland, and sustainable and equitable global development.
