SPHeRE is Ireland’s national research training programme for population health and health services research (PHHSR) and is a collaboration between Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and University College Cork (UCC). SPHeRE means ‘Structured Population and Health-services Research Education’ and is funded by the Health Research Board in Ireland.
