Celebrating Excellence in Allergy and Immunology Research in Ireland
Ms. Caoimhe Cronin, a medical student and researcher was presented first place award at the recent IAAI Conference
The Irish Association of Allergy & Clinical Immunology presented the first place award to Ms. Caoimhe Cronin, a medical student and reseracher for her presentation of the "Retrospective Comparison of IEG- mediated cows milk protien allergy management in three cohorts" (COWS)
Caoimhe was awarded her for her research and presentation, which was conducted under the direction of Dr. Juan Trujillo, the Program Director of the Postgraduate Program of Allergy and Clinical Immunology at UCC.
The Irish Association of Allergy & Clinical Immunology works to promote the highest standards of clinical practice and research in the specialty.
This is a great achievement for both Ms. Cronin and Dr. Trujillo, and it demonstrates the high quality of research being done at UCC.
