Aoife Finnerty (LLB MA) is a PhD candidate at the University of Limerick School of Law and successfully passed her viva in January 2021. She brings strong research and academic writing skills to the JCOERE project evidenced by her conference paper and article writing over the last 3 years. She has presented at a number of international conferences including the International Graduate Legal Research Conference (2016) and the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics 13 ^th World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics and Health Law (2018). In 2019, she was published in the European Journal of Health Law.
