Project Events and Presentations

Over the course of the project duration, the JCOERE consortium has engaged with the project target audience through the participation in and the organisation of a variety of conference events, interative workshops and webinars. These events have provided the opportunity for the project to proactively engage with judges, insolvency practitioners, legal academics and policy makers in order to enhance the project network, progress the project research, and to disseminate and exchange knowledge about the main research findings.

The project events have been varied in their nature and have been facilitated using a variety of platforms and networks which actively engage with the project target audience. They have been organised using a broad range of speakers and have discussed several elements of the project research, pertaining to judicial cooperation, preventive restructuring and corporate rescue, and judicial culture and awareness of best practice guidelines.
