Overview
- A foundation level of knowledge of the Duty of Respect and Right to Dignity Policy, showing how it is relevant to all staff members in relation to bullying and harassment
- Skills and confidence to put the policy into practice in your everyday lives, focusing on helping you identify what dignity and respect looks like and may not look like in your workplace
- Visibly role-modelling respect and dignity, including being aware of our language and behaviours and intervening to ‘call out’ unacceptable language and behaviour in others with confidence and authority
- To manage in a positive, respectful, impartial and open way the core behaviours needed to identify potential conflict issues and resolve issues before they worsen
- Committing to an individual action plan to put the learnings from the workshop into practise
