Overview
The goal of ‘Using Reflective Practice in the Workplace’ is to draw attention to word and
brain blocks by highlighting ways in which to help participants move through freezes and to
get the work done.
Workshop Content
The workshop is designed to break down the barriers around work procrastination by
illustrating different ways reflective practice can support the participants through stressful
situations. This session will address the fracture between work/time balance and supply
ways to promote productivity.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this workshop, participants should be able to:
- Confidently move forward when bran blocks happen
- Recognise different ways that can help stay on target through day to day tasks
- Communicate with ourselves in stressful situations
