Overview
This training is designed for those who are interested in learning how to challenge their way of thinking. We are all focused on our day-to-day, transactional activity & don’t consider how we can be more strategic. This session is focused on giving you the skills to think & act strategically using the Hoshin Kanri Framework. Learn the skills & a framework to look at situations & make decisions & pitch your
ideas differently. This training will give you the time & opportunity to elevate your thinking & assess how you do your role. This training is the first step on how to become a more strategic thinker.
