Overview

This workshop series is an opportunity for women leaders to connect, share and learn. Working in this ‘Women only’ setting, we examine how the practice and techniques of Storytelling can enable participants to communicate with clarity and confidence, empowering them with the value of their own experience and perspective. Exploring your story and experiencing how it lands with others, enables one to understand its true value, igniting a sense of personal presence and confidence, and extinguishing the doubt that can fuel imposter syndrome. This process will allow participants to reconnect to their sense of purpose, power and agency. Narativ workshops offer a space to build connections, creating a network for Women Leaders and a chance to listen to themselves and the women around them in a new way. Their stories can inspire and empower the emerging leaders coming through, and for the established leaders, it offers a possibility to hear and understand new perspectives. For all, it will demonstrate the power of the first person narrative to influence and create impact with different kinds of audiences. Representation matters - and for all women, storytelling offers practical tools for embodying and celebrating their achievements and experience, and for finding their authentic Leadership voice.

By the end of this 3 part-programme, participants will have:

• Strengthened listening skills & identified limiting thoughts and behaviours
• Discovered the importance of considering different audiences
• Explored a number of stories from their experience and worked on several in depth
• Learnt the tools to excavate, shape and tell impactful stories
• Embodied Storytelling as a tool of Influencing
• Learned physical tools and techniques to build confidence and enhance personal presence
• Considered the application of all these tools in their day-to-day work

NB: It is advisable that you attend all 3 workshops.
