Overview
This session uses the classic story Alice in Wonderland to provide an interactive and light-hearted way to reflect on your personal stories, enabling you to identify steps to break old patterns, engage with opportunities ahead of you and to succeed in a changing world.
We will thoughtfully guide you through an exploration of personal stories and self-permissions, while giving you practical tools to help you unlock the power to believe in impossible things and to slay your Jabberwocky (the situations that become monsters in our heads).
The session will explore:
- Positive and negative stories we tell ourselves, and how to change our thinking that can be a hindrance (i.e. dealing with Imposter Syndrome)
- An understanding of the importance of giving permissions to ourselves
- Embracing the opportunities that Wonderland (changing environment) presents
- Overcoming perceived barriers and addressing difficult situations by slaying your Jabberwocky
This interactive workshop will include self-reflections and several interactive group exercises enabling a creative exploration of different chapters throughout the workshop.
It will provide tools to develop a personalised approach to empowering yourself, boosting confidence in your ability and pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone.
