A practical and interactive workshop designed to equip participants with tools and techniques for effectively handling tough conversations in the workplace. It covers strategies for managing emotions, fostering positive outcomes, and building trust even in challenging discussions.
Learning Objectives:
- Explore the key elements of tough conversations, why they arise and why we need to engage with them
- Understand and overcome reluctance and barriers
- Prepare for tough Conversations (including the 13 questions)
- Learn the Tough Conversation framework
- Practice in small groups
