Overview
- To raise manager self-awareness of, and capability to, professionally manage themselves and their direct reports to implement the Duty of Respect and Right to Dignity at Work policy.
- To know and be able to confidently undertake the line manager’s role, should the policy be invoked
- To manage in a positive, respectful, impartial and open way the core behaviours needed to identify potential conflict issues and resolve issues before they worsen.
