Overview

The aim of the Lean training is to provide participants with an opportunity to:

  • Clearly understand what is Lean & its benefits
  • Enhance knowledge on the 5 Principles of Lean
  • Understand how & when to apply Lean Tools
  • Comprehensive introduction to developing a process map
  • Tips & techniques on the use of the tools
  • Practical application throughout the training


This training is designed to be highly interactive to allow all participants to get an opportunity to practice the tools & techniques in a safe environment. The training will be focused on ensuring a consistent approach & understanding on how to apply Lean.
