Overview
The aim of the Lean training is to provide participants with an opportunity to:
- Clearly understand what is Lean & its benefits
- Enhance knowledge on the 5 Principles of Lean
- Understand how & when to apply Lean Tools
- Comprehensive introduction to developing a process map
- Tips & techniques on the use of the tools
- Practical application throughout the training
This training is designed to be highly interactive to allow all participants to get an opportunity to practice the tools & techniques in a safe environment. The training will be focused on ensuring a consistent approach & understanding on how to apply Lean.
