Overview
We will look at communication challenges, and how the practices of Listening & Storytelling can serve to break down barriers of experience, language and culture between people. We will address the importance of Listening skills and the obstacles to having clear, compassionate communication, and hence effective collaboration. We will identify, embrace and celebrate cultural differences, exploring the connection between individual identity and the cultural ‘WE’ of the University College Cork community.
