    Some feedback from participants:

    • All in all, that was one of the most enlightening and useful sessions I have had. It gave great recommendations and I came away feeling more in charge.  I would highly recommend this to all women - I only wish my teenage daughters could do this course. It could save a lot of pain and struggle down the line.
    • I thought the session was excellent and would absolutely sign up for another course with Monica again.
    • Nothing to improve, Monica is somebody to aspire to be.
