Overview
This one-day workshop explores both the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ of communicating with impact. If the ‘what’ is the content, then what does it mean to value your own experience and then to be able to harness your story to communicate impactfully? This session will allow participants to explore their stories as a source for inspiration and empowerment. And then how do we engage our mind, body and voice to create meaningful connection with others? The ‘how’ explores the nuts and bolts of personal presence, authority and gravitas. In the workshop we will look at physical techniques that support us in creating an impactful impression with others, and we will explore tips and tools that help to manage nerves and anxiety in key situations to build full confidence as a communicator.
