- Identifying the characteristics of aggressive, passive and assertive behaviour
- Understand why and when we need to be assertive
- Recognise if we are ‘people pleasing’ or falling into what is called the ‘fawn’ response
- Understand how our body language, language and interactions with others drives different behaviours in them
- Explore the laws of influence
- Understanding how our reactions can drive aggressive and passive behaviours in others
- Tips for dealing with disagreement
