• Identify the theories of Neurodiversity and understand its history 
• Identify and explore the different conditions of Neurodiversity 
• Outline and discuss the strategies in order to recruit, support and integrate trainees/employees who are neurodiverse - focus on practical strategies and reasonable adjustments
