Overview
- Identify the theories of Neurodiversity and understand its history
- Identify and explore the different conditions of Neurodiversity
- Outline and discuss the strategies in order to recruit, support and integrate trainees/employees who are neurodiverse - focus on practical strategies and reasonable adjustments
