We are pleased to announce the launch of a new
Management Toolkits series designed specifically to help develop the practical skills essential for line managers. These toolkits have been carefully crafted to support you in key areas of management, providing step-by-step guides, best practices, and actionable steps you can apply immediately to your teams.
Why These Toolkits Matter
As a line manager, your role is key in enabling performance and engagement within your team. Our toolkits are designed to provide practical skills, suggestions and resources to effectively carry out your line management responsibilities
What’s Included?
The series which is being developed over time consists of comprehensive guides on a range of topics. Two toolkits are now available. They are:

Skills based workshops on the toolkit topics will accompany the launch of each toolkit. Keep an eye out for the email advertising these workshops.
A further set of toolkits will be launched over time.
** How to Access the Toolkits**
Managers/Heads/Team Leaders & Supervisors can access the toolkits by contacting
traininganddevelopment@ucc.ie
confirming that you are a Line Manager and you will be added to the relevant Teams group where you will have immediate access to all resources as they are launched. We are confident that these toolkits will help you navigate the complexities of management with greater confidence and effectiveness.
