MANAGERS' INSIGHTS HUB
What is it?
The Managers’ Insights Hub is a monthly event for heads, managers, supervisors, and team leaders. Now in its second year, this initiative, based on feedback from senior staff aims to provide information on internal topics, share best practices, and foster discussion.
Each session lasting one hour, focuses on a relevant topic, facilitated by staff experts. Sessions will be a mix of in-person and online formats, providing a space to develop knowledge and understanding in areas key to your role as a Manager/Head, enable peer learning, and strengthen networks amongst senior staff in UCC.
Who is the target audience?
Heads, Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors
How do I book my place?
All bookings are via ESS. Each session will be open for booking a few weeks in advance. Keep an eye out for an email from Staff Wellbeing & Development.

Are you aware of the steps you must follow if fraud or corruption is suspected? Make sure you can recognise what fraud & corruption look like and know what to do if you think it may be taking place and be clear on your responsibilities to prevent and address it.
