Collaborative Coaching
*** Collaborative Coaching between University College Cork and Queens University Belfast ***
Staff Wellbeing and Development, HR are delighted to announce the creation of a new collaborative coaching partnership between University College Cork and Queens University Belfast (QUB).
Coaching is a powerful means of enhancing ones skills and developing strategies to be more effective and build resilience. It assists in the creation of a reflective space which fosters thinking, enables an individual to relate to and influence others, and improves working relationships. Outcome focused, it is one of the most powerful development approaches available.
This initiative is open to all staff.
If you are interested in working with a coach from QUB, you can contact Anne Gannon, coaching@ucc.ie or QUB directly - staffcoaching@qub.ac.uk
Both UCC & Queens hold corporate membership of the Association for Coaching and coaches from both our institutions have completed their respective coach training programmes and hold a relevant coaching qualification.
