Stephanie Unterhofer first studied educational sciences in Verona/Italy, then educational sciences for the primary level at the Free University of Bolzano/Italy. She obtained the master's degree in Primary Education in 2017. Afterwards, she worked for six years in elementary school, teaching various subjects. From October 2022 to June 2023, she attended the certificate course "Teaching German as a Second/Foreign Language" at the University of Vienna and gained teaching experience in adult education.  During the internship she worked with people with migration background, and she taught DaZ (German as a Second Language) at a language school for adults in Vienna.
