Michael O’Sullivan
Michael O’Sullivan brings 15 years’ experience from various sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. He has significant experience in client service management, third party provider relationships, change management and business process design. Michael has delivered international award-winning third party relationships in the categories of Customer Experience (John Lewis Partnership UK) and Industry Partnership (Linde AG Pharmaceuticals). Within the banking sector, he has managed key corporate merger and business transformation projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UCC.
Michael joined UCC Academy in 2015 as International Agent Manager. In this role he serves as key contact for international recruiting agents, managing the relationships, and establishing protocols for assuring that they represent UCC accurately and persuasively. Part of his brief is to develop a governance/ management structure and a contact management process for UCC’s agents globally.
