About Us

UCC Academy is a wholly owned subsidiary of UCC that provides consultancy services to University College Cork.

Together, we are a collective of project managers, internationalisation specialists, conference, creative, and subject matter specialists who work alongside University colleagues and their strategic partners to drive and deliver projects that support the goals of UCC’s Strategic Plan 2023-2028.

Our Mission

As UCC’s in-house consultancy, we work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the University to define, develop, drive and deliver key projects that further the University’s strategic goals.

What We Do

We work closely with UCC sponsors to define innovative and impactful projects with the potential to further the University’s strategic goals.

We define

We develop projects by designing and maintaining clear plans, including timelines, deliverables and risk management.

We develop

We drive projects through single or multiple phases, managing all elements of their execution, identifying and solving problems, and removing barriers as they arise.

We drive

Ultimately, we deliver projects that further UCC’s strategic goals. Our service is cost-effective (e.g. does not attract VAT).
