Karen Murphy has a BA in Film & TV from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and a Higher Diploma in Public Relations from Cork Institute of Technology.

Karen previously worked in Cork English Academy where she managed a number of successful digital and social media strategies that resulted in the organisation becoming finalists in two categories in last year’s Cork Digital Marketing Awards. Prior to that Karen worked in The Everyman where she supported their digital marketing activities. Karen has also worked on short projects with Cork Business Association and Cork City Council.

Karen works closely with the Project Centre team on specific digital marketing projects for two of our key clients in the College of Business and Law. She is also working on the new UCC Academy website which will be launched in conjunction with UCC Academy’s 5th anniversary this year.
