Coffee Drinkers & Non-Coffee Drinkers – We Are Looking For Healthy Volunteers

Are you a REGULAR coffee-drinker, healthy, and aged between 30 & 50 years?

This study will investigate the role of coffee in gut health, stress and cognition. It will involve consuming a coffee product for 3 weeks, in addition to involving 4 visits based in APC Microbiome Ireland, UCC (Food Science, Anatomy and Neuroscience).

Do you NOT regularly consume coffee, are healthy, and aged between 30 & 50 years?

This study will investigate the role of coffee in gut health, stress and cognition. It will involve 2 study visits in total, based in APC Microbiome Ireland, UCC (Food Science, Anatomy and Neuroscience).
