Technology-Enabled Organizational Transparency and Openness (TOTO) is a research project hosted by the Centre for Open Research and Practice, within the BIS department, Cork University Business School (CUBS), University College Cork. The TOTO project is  funded by grants from from The AnsparFoundation (California, USA).

The objectives of the TOTO project are:

  1. to create resources, venues, and institutions that support both the investigation of technology-enabled organizational transparency and openness (e.g. phenomena like open source, open innovation, crowdsourcing, etc.) and the adoption of more open approaches to science and scholarship, and 
  2. to conduct original empirical and conceptual research in these areas.
