Biography
Dr. Sean Enda Power is a research associate of the Department of Philosophy.
His published books and articles focus on the relationship between the philosophy of time and other areas of philosophical enquiry, including AI, philosophy of mind (especially perception, consciousness, and cognitive science), art, and epistemology.
With a PhD from the University of Leeds, he is previously an Irish Research Council (IRC) Fellow and Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Time, University of Sydney. He has taught at UCC, TCD, University of Leeds, MTU, and the University of Sydney.
Beyond his research, Dr. Power actively engages with the public through lectures, articles, and short courses, promoting philosophy and making complex philosophical ideas accessible to non-academics.
