The RealTime (Real Time Standardised Maternity Database) project is the result of a collaboration between the National Perinatal Epidemiology Centre, the National Women and Infants Health Program and the Maternity Units in Ireland. The objective of this project is to systematically gather data on all pregnancies in the country to build a robust database that can be used to inform practice and further audits. The database will produce real-time data that healthcare professionals collaborating in the NPEC Data Hub – RealTime will be able to utilise.
